  1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  To register an account with 7bed, you must be at least 21 years of age, be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not be self-excluded or barred from gambling. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated winnings forfeited. 7bed reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage by requesting documentation such as a national ID card, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time stipulated may result in account suspension.

  2. Account Management and Security

  You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised such activity. You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party. 7bed recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other service. You must notify 7bed immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7bed will never contact you to request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.

  3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

  All financial transactions on 7bed are conducted in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others listed in the cashier. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the maximum is subject to the limits displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed. Processing times for withdrawals are typically within 24 hours of a request being approved, provided all verification requirements have been met. 7bed does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

  4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

  All bonus offers published by 7bed are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, maximum bet sizes during bonus play, and expiry periods. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Sports betting results are determined by the official outcome of the relevant event. In the case of disputes, 7bed's decision is final. Live betting markets may be suspended or voided in the event of technical issues, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealer dealing procedures and are final once confirmed by the system. 7bed is not liable for any interrupted play caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

  6. Prohibited Activities

  The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7bed: opening more than one account; using another person's account or payment method without their explicit consent; providing false or misleading registration information; engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent transactions; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets; exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain (any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are void and will be reclaimed); posting offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content in any communication channel. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

  All content on the 7bed Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content, is the property of 7bed or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from 7bed.

  7bed collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. All payment data transmitted through the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 7bed does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to process your transactions or as required by law.   9. Limitation of Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7bed, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. 7bed's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7bed's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

  10. Account Closure and Termination

  You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any available balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. 7bed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you have breached these Terms, if 7bed suspects fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulation. In the event of account termination for breach, 7bed may withhold any funds pending investigation.

  11. Dispute Resolution

  If you have a dispute with 7bed regarding a bet, transaction, bonus, or any other matter, you must contact [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute. 7bed will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a complete complaint. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter through the formal complaint procedure described on the Platform. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. The parties agree to use good-faith negotiation as the first step to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal legal remedies.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
